Catching of fish

There are several types of birds like cormorant, kingfisher who mainly feed on fish. Most of them dive into the water while flying and come out of the water carrying the fish. The art of catching fishes is just seen to be believed. It needs to be lightening fast and should have high reflex to catch those.
