Group of blackbucks

Blackbucks have been found throughout India except the north-eastern part of the country. But poaching, destruction of forests and various other factors have led to rapid decrease of their numbers. The upper part of the body of a male blackbuck can be black or brown whereas the female blackbuck can be light brown. The belly and eye rings of the blackbucks are white.
